- Why is the price different between USA and other countries?
- We ship your orders from USA. The shipping costs between to USA and to other countries are different, and to other countries is much more expensive than to USA.
To realize to simplify the system of shipping fees, we include the balance of shipping fees between to USA and to other countries in the prices of products.
The actual prices of products to other coutries are same as ones to USA. - I bought a CD. Can I return it?
- No, you can't except for following conditions.
- We sent differnt merchandise from what you ordered. As long as it isn't opened and within 2 weeks from your getting it, you can send it back to us at our cost.
- The product doesn't work correctly. Please ask us before you send it back. Without asking, we can't accept it.
After your asking us for return, we issue individual "Return Number". Only with "Return Number" we can accept your return. And please note that without "Return Number" we don't refund at all and returned merchandises get under our controll.
We can't accept a return also for the reason of cracking case and similar to that. We check the condition of the products before we ship to you. Please change cases by yourself.
- Can I buy a CD at the closest store in my home town?
- At this time, you can buy only through limited stores. See Stores.
But if you do special order at the store, you may be able to purchase our products. Please ask them if it is possible or not.
